Pictograms were some of the earliest forms of communication and graphic design. Early Africans and Europeans left many distinguished paintings in caves. Some of those early paintings can be dated back to over 200,000 years. Some of the more famous paintings come from the Lascaux caves in S. Frances.

This is my object that I have created using typographic characters.

Patterns with my object

I took different elements from my object and made patterns and tried to give it meaning with words that hopefully my audience could recognize.

alienation

The assignment was to take an object and alienate it. I tried to alienate the assignment by making the object an alien, and by putting the object in places where it should probably not be. For example the game controller in the fruit bowl.
